Account & Setup

How do I create an account?

Contact us through our sign-up form and we'll set up your account within 24 hours. You'll receive login credentials via email.

How do I add vehicles to my fleet?

Navigate to the Assets tab in your dashboard, click 'Add Asset', and fill in the vehicle type, registration, and payment plan details.

Can I invite my team?

Yes. Go to Settings > Team and invite members by email. You can assign roles like Admin, Manager, or Viewer.

Payments & Tracking

How do I record a payment?

Go to the Payments tab, select the motorist, enter the amount and date, and save. The system auto-classifies it as Paid, Partial, or Missed.

What happens when a payment is missed?

The system flags it automatically and adds it to your follow-up queue. You can also set up alerts to be notified immediately.

Can I track multiple payment frequencies?

Yes. You can configure daily, weekly, or monthly payment plans per motorist.

Debt & Fines

How do I assign a fine to a motorist?

Go to the motorist's profile, click 'Add Fine', enter the details and repayment terms. The system will track it as active debt.

Can I track partial debt repayments?

Yes. Each debt record supports partial payments and automatically updates the remaining balance.

How are overdue debts handled?

Debts past their repayment deadline are auto-flagged as overdue and appear in your priority queue.

Reporting

Can I export reports?

Yes. All reports can be exported as CSV or PDF from the Reports tab.

How do I view per-asset profitability?

Go to the Assets tab, select a vehicle, and view its profitability breakdown showing revenue vs. costs.

Is there a fleet-level dashboard?

Yes. Your main dashboard shows fleet-wide metrics including expected vs. collected, debt exposure, and risk indicators.
